The staff and supporters of the Lowell Community Health Center celebrated the grand opening of the facility’s $42 million 100,000 sq. foot headquarters in the Hamilton Manufacturing Co. mills at 161 Jackson Street Friday morning. The LCHC serves 50,000 patients annually — half of the city’s population.
