Mad Props to Gallagher and Cavanaugh

Why is Lowell’s favorite legal mind, Attorney Michael Gallagher so exuberant? He must be happy about this article in Massachusetts Lawyers’ Journal about his law firm’s revitalization of the 154-year old Lowell Gas Light Co. building at 22 Shattuck St. A great project for Gallagher and Cavanaugh . . . . a great project for Lowell.
