On Wednesday morning, the Lowell High School Air Force Jr. ROTC held a moving ceremony to commemorate the 12th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The Flag of Honor, which includes the names of the 2,977 victims, was presented and will be displayed today in the Lowell High School lobby.
