It was the sweatiest, toughest, most inspiring ribbon cutting — ever.
There was the citation and the giant scissors and the pretty red ribbon. There was clapping and cheering. Then . . . there were pull-ups and 20 non-stop minutes of people carrying other people on their backs . . . while running in a hot, humid garage bay.
Established by trainer Gina Tacconi-Moore last year, the training gym occupied a couple of temporary locations before settling in an industrial park on Foundry St. earlier this year. They have found their home.
